What if no one uses it?
We won't install a cooler in a space that can't support it. The 15-minute consult is where we figure that out — we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit before any equipment moves.

How does payment work? Do I need an app?
No app, no account, no sign-up. Tap a credit card or phone to the reader, the door unlocks, take what you want. It charges automatically. That's the whole interaction.
What if it breaks?
Same-day service. Every cooler is monitored remotely — we usually know before you do. A technician is dispatched the day we see the issue.
How much space does it need?
Roughly 24″ wide × 30″ deep × 72″ tall — about the footprint of a tall filing cabinet. Plus a standard 110V outlet within reach. That's it.
Is there a contract?
A simple service agreement covering placement and operations. No long-term lock-in, no per-purchase fees on your end, no penalties for ending it.
